Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005. To exercise this right, please contact customer.service@coycorporate.com or use our live chat.


Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all COY tags and packaging intact.

Returns are accepted only from the original purchaser.

Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by improper handling will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to inspection and verification by TDS S.r.l.


Return Shipping Costs

If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, TDS S.r.l. will provide a complimentary DHL Express return label.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any duties/taxes. If you choose to use our DHL return service, the cost will be deducted from your refund.


How Returns Are Carried Out

1. Contact our team at customer.service@coycorporate.com or via live chat to request a return.

2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Where applicable, a DHL Express label will be issued.

3. The item must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving return approval.

4. Once received, every return undergoes a quality inspection to verify condition, tags, and packaging.

5. If the product passes inspection, a refund is processed. If the product shows use beyond inspection, a deduction will be applied. If fraudulent substitution or severe damage is found, no refund will be issued.


How Refunds Are Carried Out

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

Refunds exclude original shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

If our DHL label was used, the cost is deducted from the refund.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


Fraudulent Returns

If an item is returned used, damaged, or substituted with a different product, no refund will be issued. The item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
