As a DHL GoGreen Plus partner, we ship every order with reduced environmental impact, using sustainable aviation fuel that cuts CO₂ emissions directly at the source through certified carbon insetting.

Handling Time

Partner brands and opticians have up to two business days to prepare and hand over the order.

Delivery Times (after dispatch)

• EU: 4-7 business days

• UK / Switzerland: 5-10 business days

• US / Canada: 5-10 business days

• International Shipment: 5-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local delays.

Free Shipping Thresholds

• €350 for Italy 

• €500 within the European Union

• €600 for the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Switzerland

• €650 for All other international Shipments

Duties & Taxes

EU: VAT included at checkout. 

Non-EU: Duties and taxes may apply, collected by DHL at delivery.

We do not provide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
