Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. TDS S.r.l. may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

Products

All items are described as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or fit may occur.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in euros (€) by default.

• Depending on your location and available payment methods, prices may be displayed and paid in other enabled currencies.

• VAT is included for EU countries.

• For orders outside the EU, local duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

Shipping & Risk of Loss

• Orders ship exclusively with DHL Express.

• Partner brands and opticians have up to two business days to prepare and hand over the order.

• DHL Express delivery times apply once dispatched (see Shipping Policy).

• Delivery times are estimates only.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once DHL marks the order as delivered.

Returns & Refunds

Governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Fraud Prevention

TDS S.r.l. uses automated and manual checks to prevent fraudulent transactions. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if fraud is suspected. For high-value orders, TDS S.r.l. may request identity verification before shipment. Failure to provide it may result in cancellation and refund.

Customers engaging in fraudulent activity (including chargeback abuse, false claims, or returning substituted goods) will be reported to authorities and permanently barred from future purchases.

Liability

TDS S.r.l. is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, global emergencies).

We are not responsible for duties, customs charges, or import taxes applied by destination authorities. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan, Italy.
